During this free 15-minute call, we’ll have a conversation about your goals, any challenges you're currently facing, and how mindfulness-based therapy could help you on your path forward.

This is also your chance to learn more about the practical details of therapy, whether you’re interested in in-person or online sessions. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in our potential working relationship, so this call will allow us to get a sense of what it would be like to collaborate together.


My Approach to Therapy

My presence is one of warmth and acceptance. I strive to create a safe space where you feel comfortable opening up and exploring your journey. Through deep listening and asking thoughtful, insightful questions, I gently guide clients through self-discovery, healing, and growth.

I offer mindfulness-based therapy for both adults and youth, integrating techniques from psychotherapy, art-based therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, coaching, and mentoring. Whether you’re seeking support for emotional well-being, stress management, relationships, or personal development, my approach is holistic, grounded in compassion and presence, and focused on helping you find balance and clarity.


How We Work Together

The Discovery Call takes place online, either via phone or Zoom, for your convenience. Therapy sessions are held at Centre Bodhi, in my beautiful consulting space, or online—whichever format works best for you.
