Mindfulness-based Therapy
With a Master of Education and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychological Science and Social Science, I bring over a decade of experience as a therapist, counselor, mentor, and teacher. My work in community settings across Australia has allowed me to draw from extensive training in psychotherapy and alternative therapeutic approaches. I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's two-year program, and a registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. My holistic approach combines psychology, sociology, health, and spirituality to meet clients where they are.

My presence is one of warmth and acceptance, creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable opening up. With deep listening and an aptitude for asking insightful questions, I gently guide clients through self-discovery and growth. I offer mindfulness-based therapy for both adults and youth, integrating psychotherapy, art-based therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness techniques, mentoring, and coaching. I teach mindfulness and movement classes in both English and French, but my therapy sessions are offered exclusively in English.
