Hello

Explore the transformative power of mindfulness through yoga, meditation, and movement. These classes are open to all levels, offering a supportive space for self-reflection, growth, and well-being. No prior experience is required—everyone is welcome. Classes are taught in French and/or English, depending on student preferences.

 

I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and a registered yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I completed the 200hr and advanced 300hr yoga teacher trainings with Ambika Chadwick at The Yoga Social and other registered yoga teacher trainings through Power Living and Human.Kind.

 

I have taught in Australia, France, the Netherlands, India, and Canada.

Monday​
Hatha Yoga | 12:15 - 1:15 PM
A grounding practice that enhances mobility, strength, flexibility, and inner calm. This class integrates breath awareness and mindful movement and is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Sessions include pranayama (breathwork), asanas (postures), and meditation.

Tuesday​
Morning Meditation | 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Start your day with peace and clarity. This guided session cultivates focus, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Beginners are encouraged to join to learn the foundations of mindfulness meditation while more experienced practitioners can explore advanced techniques.
 
Yin Yoga | 4:15 - 5:15 PM
A restorative practice that targets deep connective tissues through passive, long-held postures. Yin yoga promotes energy flow, deep relaxation, and mindfulness in stillness, making it ideal for releasing tension, improving flexibility, supporting joint mobility, and calming the nervous system.

Wednesday​
Hatha Yoga | 12:00 - 1:00 PM
A balanced blend of mindful movement and breathwork, designed to leave you feeling energized and relaxed for the rest of your day. Sessions include pranayama, asanas, and meditation.
 
Intuitive Dance | 3:45 - 4:45 PM
A free-movement class that invites you to connect with your body’s natural rhythm. With no choreography or structured steps, this session encourages personal expression, joy, and emotional release. No dance experience is required—just an openness to explore movement in a supportive and welcoming space.
